These are the Booking Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") which apply to flights which are booked with us. We are Alban Travel Ltd (trading as Flytoalbania.com) (referred to in these Terms and Conditions as "we", "us" or "our" as the context may require). We are a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with registration No:4534551. Our registered office is at 116 King's Cross Road, London,WC1X 9DS. Flytoalbania.com is a trading name of Alban Travel Ltd.
"Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website www.flytoalbania.com are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed [in this brochure/on this website]. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Flytoalbania.com sells various travel related products on behalf of numerous transports providers.Your contract for your flight (as confirmed at the time of booking) is with Alban Travel Ltd (company registered number: 4534551) whose registered office is at 116 King's Cross Road, London,WC1X 9DS ("Alban Travel Ltd" / "we" / "us" / "our"). When you buy an ATOL protected flight from Flytoalbania.com you will receive a confirmation invoice from us confirming your arrangements and your protection under our Air Travel Organiser's Licence number 76004. A contract between you and us for your flight (as confirmed at the time of booking) will exist as soon as we issue our confirmation email invoice. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advanced flight booking which is ATOL protected. For further information, visit the ATOL website at www.atol.org.uk. The price of the flight includes the applicable amount per person of the ATOL Protection Contribution (APC) we pay to CAA which is (£2.50 pp) This charge is included in the price of your ticket.2) YOUR FINANCIAL PROTECTION

“We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable).”
“If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.”
3) MAKING YOUR RESERVATION
You can make your booking in person, by telephone or through our website - www.flytoalbania.com. When you make a booking with Flytoalbania.com (us), you guarantee that you have the authority to accept, and do accept on behalf of your party, these Booking Terms and Conditions, which apply to all bookings with Flytoalbania.com also as set out in these Booking Terms and Conditions. You also guarantee that you are at least 18 years of age. Please therefore read these Booking Terms and Conditions carefully. All bookings for flights made by you and accepted by us are subject to these Booking Terms and Conditions
(a) Once we accept your booking orally, in writing, electronically or via a Travel Provider, and issue a booking reference number, a contract comes into existence between you and us, incorporating these conditions.
(b)It is your responsibility to check that all names, dates and timings are correct on receipt of all documents. You must advise us of any errors immediately. Any changes to these details may incur amendment fees in addition to any charges. Please ensure that all names are given as they appear in any relevant passport.
(c)Upon successfully completing a booking, a ticket will be issued, and all necessary documents ticket/invoice will be sent to the email provided automatically. Accurate details must be provided and valid documents must be presented at the airport in accordance with the terms and conditions on the ticket and Travel Conditions. The ticket purchased is only valid for travel by the passenger named on the ticket and only on the date and flight shown from the place of origin to the final destination.
4) PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed when paid in full. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases.
Prices can be selected in GBP & EUR currency. Euro exchange rate is updated on daily basis.
You will be required to pay for your flight in full at the time of booking, including, without limitation, the total flight cost and any and all applicable taxes, fees, optional extras that you purchase, insurance premiums.
The price you pay includes the cost of your flight and all non-optional taxes, fees and charges applicable at the time the booking is made (as well as any optional extras that you choose to purchase). However, taxes change often and such changes may come into effect after your booking has been confirmed. You will have to pay for any increases in such taxes or any new taxes that may be levied. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee in such circumstances. For the avoidance of doubt, if a fuel surcharge has been applied at any time and is subsequently reduced, you will not be entitled to a refund in respect of the difference.
You may be required to pay additional amounts that are not included in the basic price for your flight. These include (this is not an exhaustive list of such amounts):
Arrival/departure taxes or security levies imposed by the destination country;
Any charges set out in the paragraph below headed "Can I change my booking";
Any applicable charges for special requests (such as extra leg room, priority boarding, etc.);
Any supplementary fee charged for special requests.
A fuel surcharge.
5) BOOKING CHANGES
If You Change Your Booking If you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure dates, your chosen route, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be from the person who paid for the booking. You will be asked to pay an administration charge and any further cost we incur in making this alteration. You should be aware that these costs could increase the closer you are to your departure date. Certain travel arrangements may not be changeable after a reservation has been made and any alteration request could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that part of the arrangements. Please be aware that most travel providers will not allow a name change and this will be considered a cancellation. Flights must be taken in the Order that they are booked. If you do not check in on a confirmed flight, the airline will register you as a 'no-show' and the remainder of your ticket will be cancelled. Whether you can change a booking depends on the Travel Conditions of the Carrier.
If it is permissible to change a booking and we are able to accept the change. Please call us to check the booking.
Changes can only be made up to 72 hours before departure, and the following fees will apply.
All NO SHOW tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable. Any changes must be done minimum 72 Hours before departure.
The price of new arrangements which apply when you ask for a change to be made may not be the same as when you made the original booking. If the price has increased since then, you will be liable to pay the difference between the original price and the new price. We cannot accept any changes from a full priced flight to a special offer flight.
In the event of a decrease in the fare after a booking has been made, no refund will be made of the difference between the fare which you paid and any lower fare. Tickets cannot be transferred to another person after the departure date.
6) CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
All bookings are non-refundable (accept airport taxes ) but changes may be made in accordance with the previous section of these Terms and Conditions. If you cancel the booking and you do not travel and are able to make a claim under your insurance policy as a result of not being able to do so, the insurance company may refund amounts paid by you less any excess applicable under the policy. Such claims must be made to the insurance company directly. If you require a written confirmation from us that you did not travel for insurance purposes, an administration fee will apply.
7) FLIGHT RE-CONFIRMATION
Any flight rescheduling will be advised by email, so it’s imperative that you keep your email address updated. If you do not have access to your emails then It is imperative and a strict condition of booking that you confirm your inbound flight call our office on Tel no: 00 44 (0)2075611604 Re-Confirmation should be not more than 48 hours* and no less than 18 hours prior to the previously notified flight time.
We strongly advise that you take out a policy/travel insurance in order to cover you and any members of your travelling party against the cost of cancellation of your booking by you; the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness; loss of baggage and money; and other expenses. If you do decide to take out insurance you should check the wording of your policy carefully to ensure that all the details are correct and that all relevant information has been provided by you (e.g. pre-existing medical conditions). Failure to disclose relevant information may affect your insurance.
9) CHECK-IN AND BOARDING
You must comply with Airline’s check-in and boarding requirements specified in its conditions of carriage / Travel Conditions and also any information set out in the ticket or any other booking documentation. If you fail to do so, Airline may refuse to allow you to board the aircraft and refuse to carry you without any right to a refund. Neither we nor Airline will be liable to you for any loss or expense you suffer if you fail to meet any such requirements or deadlines, including if you fail to present yourself for check-in on time or fail to be at the boarding gate on time. We strongly recommend that you arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure. Should anyone be refused admission to the flight or destination country by the airline or Government authority, we are powerless to assist and cannot be held responsible.
10) BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
(WIZZ AIR) Luton-Passengers Adult/Child over 2 years can carry 20 Kg (149X119X171CM) free checked bag each and 10 Kg hand baggage (55 X 40 X 23CM ) included on the ticket. You must not include in your checked baggage fragile or perishable items or items having a special value, such as money, keys, medicines, medical documents, sunglasses, cameras, video cameras and other valuable electronic or technical equipment and their auxiliary parts, computers, personal electronic devices, telephones, cellular telephones, batteries of electronic equipment, jewellery, precious metals, precious and semi-precious stones, music instruments, securities, or other valuables, valuable pieces of art, business documents, passports and other identification documents, or samples and other items indicated as Prohibited Items in Airlines Travel Conditions.The various International Conventions as set out in the paragraph headed Air Carrier Liability contain provisions about the liability of an airline in the event of destruction, loss or damage to baggage and baggage delays. 11) BABIES & INFANTS
An infant is classified as being more than 2 weeks old and less than 2 years old; the fare for infants is £30.00 or €uro equivalent one-way. We are unable to accept carriage of infants under 2 weeks old. If an infant is 2 years old for the return trip then a return child/adult seat must be purchased. Nappy changing facilities are available on most flights. Meals are not provided for infants however cabin crew are very happy to warm baby milk if required. Although infants do not have a baggage allowance, parents are allowed to take either a car seat or push chair in addition to the parents allowance free of charge and within reason.
12) PREGNANT WOMEN
For safety reasons women over 32 weeks of pregnancy will not be allowed to fly.
13) SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
If you require special assistance you must inform us, at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure time.
14) CHILDREN TRAVELLING ALONE.

15) CARRIAGE OF ANIMALS
No animals may be carried on any flight.
16) PASSPORT, VISA & HEALTH
It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary and relevant information in order to comply with the travel and health requirements of any country you are intending to visit. If failure to obtain any such documents or comply with such requirements results in fines, surcharges or other financial penalty being imposed upon us or Airline then you will be liable to reimburse us or the Airline (as appropriate) accordingly.
Please consult your own doctor to enquire about specific health precautions deemed prudent for the country / resort you intend to visit, and any requirements for medication / inoculations.
You will need to ensure that you (and all members of your party) have all necessary travel and health documents before departure (such as a valid passport, vaccine documentation and any visas). You must check passport and visa requirements with the Embassy or Consulate of the country (ies) to or through which you intend to travel. Please note that certain destinations require at least 6 months validity on passports from the return date.
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for the consequences to any passenger resulting from his or her failure to obtain travel and/or entry documents or visas or to comply with laws, regulations, orders, demands, requirements, rules or instructions.
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable in relation to, and will not have, nor will be deemed to have, made or given any guarantees, covenants, conditions, warranties or representations (either express or implied) with respect to, your travel documents (including, but not limited to, their validity or acceptability) that are required by law, regulation, order, demand or requirement of the countries concerned or in respect of any other documentation or formalities in this regard or in any respect of your journey with us.
17) FLIGHT DELAYS
Unfortunately there are occasions, completely beyond our control, when a flight is delayed. We will try to do our utmost to keep you advised if a delay does arise, but you will appreciate that the power lies with the airline which is subject to European Commission Clause 261/2004 of the EU law .http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/travel/passenger-rights/air/index_en.htm. Any claims should be directed to the airline, we cannot accept any claims under regulation 261/2004 and claims should be made directly. However you can get insurance cover for compensation for delayed flights. Please ensure that the cover is sufficient for your needs. To make a claim you must obtain written confirmation of the delay from the airline and then send it to your insurer with a claims form.
18) FORCE MAJEURE
We will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include, for example, war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, epidemics and pandemics, unavoidable technical problems with transport.
We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control and which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
20) WEBSITE ACCURACY
We endeavour to ensure that the details of all products, including prices, displayed on our website are accurate. However, given the volume of flights offered it is inevitable that, in exceptional cases, mistakes will arise. We cannot accept liability for these errors. In cases where details other than price are materially incorrect we will offer you the choice of continuing with your booking or cancelling with a full refund of money paid on that booking only. Where inaccuracies relate to the understatement of the price of a specific product you will be offered either a full refund of money paid on that booking only or the opportunity to maintain that booking on receipt of the additional payment which is necessary.
21) DATA PROTECTION POLICY
You agree that your data will be retained by Flytoalbania.com .Information about you and members of your party, including your names, contact details and any special needs, disabilities or dietary requirements, is collected by us when you request information or make a booking with us. You are responsible for ensuring that other members of your party are aware of these Terms and Conditions and this data protection policy, and that they consent to you acting on their behalf in your dealings with us. We may disclose this information and may be mandatory for us to disclose information for security and antiterrorism purposes, and any purpose imposed on us by Governments . In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant parties and also consent to the information being used in accordance with any data protection policies from time to time in force of Carrier.
Some information, for example, such as relating to your health, may be "sensitive personal data" within the meaning of the Data Protection Act 1998. We need this information to cater for your needs, but it is collected on condition that we have your positive consent. If you do not agree to our use of your information, we cannot accept your booking. You have the right to ask us in writing for a data subject access request to obtain a copy of the information which we hold about you. You will be charged a fee for this.
22) ADVANCE PASSENGER INFORMATION. (API)
Some countries and airlines are required by law to supply certain information to immigration authorities and failure to provide this information could result in the passenger being denied boarding. If you do not have this information to hand at the time of booking, please ensure you contact your consultant at the earliest opportunity. The information required is: Your passport details and country of residence.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is considered by any court or other competent authority to be unenforceable, invalid or illegal, the other provisions will nevertheless remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions (including any dispute or claim relating to non-contractual obligations) are governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any disputes arising out of or in connection with them except that you may elect to bring proceedings in the courts of Northern Ireland or Scotland if you are permanently resident there.
